京基滨河时代项目地块位于深圳市福田区西南端滨海的下沙片区,是一大型城市旧改项目,周边环境复杂,公共配套散乱且不够完善。但同时也给项目提供了契机:可以塑造复合功能的城市公共场所和形成片区有活力的聚合中心。同时达到与周边的交通、生活、休闲、娱乐进行无缝接驳的目的。基于本项目的这一切入点,我们采用的策略是将商业空间向城市开放,形成一些能和周边发生关联的城市开放广场,并将这些城市广场进行巧妙串联,形成一条具有穿越体验的城市商业内街。它将给片区提供一个高质量的城市公共空间,同时能更好的激发商业活力,聚集更多商业人流。
Kingkey Timemark project locates in Xiasha, which is the Southwest coastal area of Futian District in Shenzhen. It is a huge city renovation project surrounds by complicated environments, with scattering public facilities which remains to be perfected. However, we saw the chance to rebuild the area into a multi-functional public space and communal center, incorporating with surround transportation, neighborhood, leisure and entertainment. Based on this point, we decided to open the commercial area to the city in order to form some public squares, in the meantime connected these squares with decorations to form an inner commercial street. It offers an efficient public space for Xiasha to stimulate the development of businesses and assemble the crowd.

造型与立面设计 Styling and Elevation Design
京基滨河时代项目立面设计风格现代、简洁、大气。在形体上既强调纵横向的差异对比,又寻求整体上的相互融合,既注重体量感的塑造,又注意细节上的刻画。建筑在形象上具有强列的标识感,体量简洁但富有力度。在色彩上通过冷暖两种色调,形成对比但又不失统一,办公及酒店采用玻璃幕墙冷色调以强调其公建特点,商业、公寓、住宅采用暖调石材形成温馨的生活气氛,使建筑更具人情味。
The elevation design of Kingkey Timemark project is simple but elegant. The overall shape of the design underscores both the contrast between vertical and horizontal and the complement of such difference; which means it focuses on both building a sense of weight and detailed description. Therefore the building has a distinguished looking and conveys a sense of weight. The use of warm and cold colors creates contrast in vision but these colors have an average hue. For office and hotel, the use of glass wall emphasizes the special usage, whereas the use of warm-toned stones in commerce and residence creates the feeling of humanity.

空间塑造 Rebuild of Spaces
城市商业内街设计塑造了一种城市开放空间,使建筑具有城市性、社会性。更重要的是这些空间不仅给人提供了购物的场所,还提供了人与人之间的交流和休息,提供了一种生活方式和交流途径。它是联系各商业体的一条纽带。下沉广场的设置,形成重要商业节点,聚集商业人气。中庭的设置,使人们在建筑中的行走变成一种不断流动的认识过程,增加了空间的趣味性。空中连廊的引入巧妙的利用水平的交通元素来解决道路带来的空间距离问题。有效的增强了地块间的商业联系。
The inner-city commercial street builds open spaces which make the building become socially meaningful. More important is that these spaces are not only for shopping but also for communication and relaxation. It is a bond connecting every business. The set of the sunken square forms important commercial node and gathers popularity. The set of atrium freshens up the spaces that people are able to look around and discover corners of the building. Moreover, the outdoor hallway transmits people horizontally and resolves the transportation problems on the ground, which strengthens the connection between businesses.
