博物馆改造——榨油厂的新面貌

这个小型博物馆的选址具有重要的含义。它的附近有一些当地最有纪念意义的建筑物，例如大教堂和博爱花园。

The chosen place to carry out this small museum has an important meaning, as it is located near some of the most significant architectural presences such as the Church and the Garden of Mercy.

这个博物馆矗立的地点也有一个很有趣的建筑物，它原先被当做一个榨油作坊使用，虽然在过去的几年里它已经失去了之前的作用，但作坊具有典型的乡村建筑类型特征。

The area where the Museum is placed includes an interesting building, originally functioning as an oil mill where one can recognize rural typological features, even though it’s identity has been lost over the past years.

旁边是一个公园的人口，这个公园拥有一排让人印象深刻的喷泉，它坐落于一条巴洛克式的轴线周边，并且和周边具有超高建筑艺术成就的小宫殿有着清楚的交接关系。这些都诱导着我们去思考，这样的布局有着独一无二的潜力，去创造一个高度公共性和文化性的场所。

Sideways, the existence of the garden with an impressive range of fountains placed according to the axes of barroque style and articulated with a small palace of exceptional architectonical features, induces us to think that such setting has a very unique potential to become a highly public and cultural area.

我们认为新的建筑体量应该作为城市外部空间和老建筑内部展厅空间的过渡和整合的元素。

It was proposed the construction of a new volume that would work as an element of transition and integration between the exterior public area and the exhibition area in the old building.

现存的建筑将会被单纯地作为一个永久展示的区域，而新的体量将会是一个三层建筑，它将会被有序组织起来承担多种功能，包括接待、临时展厅、行政管理用房、咨询处、仓库、工作坊和卫生间。

The existing building will be exclusively used as a permanent exhibition area and the new volume articulated in three levels, has been organized in order to work as an area of reception, temporary exhibitions, administrative, consulting, warehouse, workshop and toilets.

虽然展出的机器和农业工具都已经不被使用，这个大型建筑的复兴对于纪念这个农业中心在现代历史上最具有象征性的时刻有着特殊的意义。这个新的外壳的建造表明了一个清晰的当代介入的设计哲学和通过一个清晰的体量和历史建筑的简单的几何关系来解决问题。

It made sense to recover the large volume to restore one of the most significant moments of the urban history of the small agricultural centre, through the exhibition of machinery and farm tools, now unused. The new body was built with a clear philosophy of contemporary intervention and simple geometry for a volumetric integration with the historic buildings.
