我怎么不可以新建一个CAD啊我点新建时，就会弹出这样的消息框内容是：Scripting is turned off, or your browser security is set too high to run Local Intranet components. This prevents Today from operating properly. Use Internet Options to set security to medium for Local Intranet access, and to enable scri pting.

ISO-25：文字高度2.5,偏移0.625,基线距离3.75,超出尺寸线1.25,起点偏移量0.625，箭头大小2.5。调整使用全局比例为打印比例的倒数。

还有呢？我问的是“文字高度、偏移量等等”，还有尺寸界线栏中的“基线间距”、“超出尺寸线”、“起点偏移量”等等。
