工程概况:
本工程为一栋凯旋门式连体建筑,高99.40m(共25层),在1-19层为两栋完全对称的塔楼(假定为1塔、2塔),20~25层连在一起(假定为3塔),连体部分跨度为28.2m,七度区,0.1g;框架-核心筒结构,两栋塔楼竖向构件全落地,没有转换。
问题:
已知条件:构件间断(连体类);相邻层受剪承载力变化大于80%(本工程为0.77);扭转不规则(本工程为1.19 <1.20),当然还有些没有把握的。
根据你们以往的经验(特别是做过此类工程的专家),这工程会是超限高层建筑吗?

①、本工程算刚度突变吗?(相邻层刚度变化大于70%或连续三层变化大于80%),应该怎么比,是3塔/1塔和2塔?还是分别3塔/1塔、3塔/2塔?是用哪种刚度来比较(剪切刚度、剪弯刚度、地震剪力与地震层间位移的比)?
②、连体节点为刚接还是铰接好?(网上看的资料普遍是刚接)
③、连体部分做什么结构最合适?钢结构、混凝土桁架结构、钢混结构、预应力结构?(网上看的资料普遍是钢结构)
④、连体部分底层(即20层)抬上面4层,算高位转换吗?
⑤、还有其它不规则类型吗?
⑥、此工程在结构设计中还应该注意那些问题?
