Campus Green, University of Cincinnati

The Amphitheater is adjacent to Campus Green, a major new open space that reclaims land which is currently an asphalt parking lot. Campus Green has ample, open lawns. The circulation system that winds through the space, a series of intertwined, braided paths, refers symbolically to the course of a stream that formerly ran through the site.
