| More and more Chinese local construction companies enter into the international market and participate in the global competition by contracting overseas projects and the success or failure in performing such overseas projects has a direct bearing on the corporate profit,reputation and even survival.There are a lot of uncertain factors in the international projects,and Chinese construction companies have their own weakness,so,our companies are facing all kinds of risks in contracting international projects.Taking Rehabilitation of Oil Terminal Project in Mauritania for example,this article analyzes the status quo of risk management of overseas projects,explains the contents of risk management and the methods of risk identification,and proposes effective risk management strategies,so as to enhance the sense of risk management among Chinese construction companies and improve their ability in risk identification and assessment. |
