摘要：建筑工程的施工管理是一项复杂工程，要做好这项工作，需要建筑企业认真分析自身特点，充分利用自己的长处，采取科学方法提高施工管理素质。本文结合近几年的工作经验，阐述了建筑工程施工管理的几大难点。关键词：建筑工程；施工管理Abstract: the construction of construction of the project management is a complex project, to do this work, need building enterprise earnestly analyze their own characteristics, make full use of their own advantages, adopt scientific methods to enhance the quality of construction management.
