旁通管是为了可以在外面水压满足的情况下

方便检修及供水可靠性！

加载更多可以直接供水,并且在上面安装止回阀
另外 由于水泵直接接外管,在水泵运行的时候会照成
外管网副压,使外管外的污染水渗入\
最好是水泵接个集水池
