包1：动态干涉仪 1套
1)、该仪器是小巧紧凑的动态激光干涉仪，能够在恶劣环境下用于光学零件表面面形及光学系统波前的测量。
2)、输出数据可以作为CODEⅤ的输入数据。仪器采样速度高，对振动不敏感，使用、操作方便，售后服 务优良；
3)、动态干涉仪主机：1套（纯动态、无需隔振系统，便携式超小型泰曼格林型，出射准直光束直径9mm，工作波长632.8nm，相干长度>100m，含可以消除相干噪声的EPP面光源选项）；
4)、五维精密调整夹具：1套，夹持口径大于100mm，含4、6英寸，可实现X-Y-Z平移，二维倾斜旋转。

Package1: Dynamic Interferometer 1 set
1). The apparatus is a small compact dynamic laser interferometer and it is used for measurement of optical part surface form and optical system wave front under severe environment
2). The apparatus shall be capable of completing the above test functions and output data can be used as input data of CODEⅤ. This apparatus shall have high sampling speed and be insensitive to vibration and easy to use and operate, with good after-sales service
3). Main unit of dynamic interferometer: 1 set (pure dynamic, no need of vibration isolation system, portable microminiature Twyman-Green interferometer; diameter of outgoing collimated light beam: 9mm; operating wavelength: 632.8nm; coherence length: >100m; include EPP area light source option that can abate coherent noise)
4). Five-dimensional accurate adjustment fixture: 1 set, clamping caliber: ﹥100mm, including 4-inch and 6-inch, capable of realizing X-Y-Z translation and two-dimensional tilting rotation
