Abstract:Alongwiththegapsbetweenthetownsandcountriesenlarging,ithasbecomearesearchfocusfortheoreticalfieldhowtobuildanewurbanandruralrelationandtorealizetheharmoniousdevelopmentbetweenthem.ThispapertakesanexampleforHarbinregionandconstructsasetofindicatorswhichreflecttherelationbetweentownsandcountriesforUrban-ruralinteraction.FuzzyComprehensiveEvaluationandAnalyticHierarchyProcess(AHP)areappliedtoevaluatetheintegrationlevelbetween12townsandrelativecountriesinHarbinregion.BasedonthescoresforeachtownviausingFuzzyComprehensiveEvaluation,ClusterAnalysisisdonebyemployingSPSS.Finally,accordingtothepowerofeachindicatorandtheresultofClusterAnalysis,indicatorsconcernedaretobepaidimportantlyattentiontoleadtheharmoniousdevelopmentbetweentownsandcountriesandintheendcarryoutUrban-ruralinteraction.
