上海国祥制冷工业有限公司位于上海市松江工业园区，占地180亩，是由浙江国祥制冷工业股份有限公司2005年投资建设的全资子公司，公司具有按国际标准设计建造的厂房和一流的生产设备，而且拥有国内同行业中最大的产品测试中心。公司聚集了中央空调界的技术、销售和管理精英，主要从事中央空调机组的设计研发、生产、销售和服务。
国祥制冷工业股份有限公司是由陈和贵先生（曾任台湾冷冻空调同业公会理事长，台湾中华冷冻空调学会理事长）于1963年创立的；浙江国祥制冷工业股份有限公司于1993年成立，是经国家外经贸部和浙江省政府批准的规范化股份制公司，2003年公司以4000万A股股票在上海证券交易所上市，成为国内首家A股上市的台资企业，总占地面积78000平方米，总投资1.6亿元人民币，位于浙江省上虞市大三角经济开发区。

Shanghai King Refrigeration Industry Co.,Ltd is located in Shanghai Songjiang Industrial Area covering 180 acre, wholly owned by Zhejiang King Refrigeration Industry Co., Ltd and was established in 2005. The factory is built on the international standard and equipped top class production facility and has the largest testing center within central air conditioning line in China.

KING Refrigeration Industry Co. Ltd is founded by Mr. Chen HeGui (Former president of Taiwan Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Association) in year of 1963. Zhejiang King Refrigeration is founded in 1993, under the approval of Ministry of Foreign Trade and the Government of Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Kingair went public with 40,000,000 A shares in Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2003, the first A share company invested by Taiwan in mainland. It’s total area is 78000 square meter, built-up area is 24000 square meter, the total investment is 160 million RMB.
