工作地点上海，年薪18-24W
Primary Responsibilities:


• Influence key platform managers, bulb approval engineers and lighting designers at OEM’s and Tier 1’s to use ** Lighting products.
• Secure**bulb approvals at key OEM’s and Tier 1 accounts.
• Define, assess and close growth opportunities with specifiers within the key strategic market segments.
• Drive incremental growth at targeted prospects.
• Highly active within the industry and market segments to maximize ** presence & business results.
• Drive new product commercialization & accelerate market penetration.
• Provide ongoing market feedback to sales team and Product Management to guide product development.


Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics , preferred Advanced Engineering Degree
• Knowledge of lighting design and industry segments is important. At least 5 years lighting design, engineering and/or technical sales experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong motivation/initiative
• Accountability for results
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proven leadership experience & strong communication skills
• Demonstrated academic excellence and solid analytical skills.


Others:

7-10 years lighting design, engineering, and/or sales experience, lighting industry knowledge, market experience, Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred
