2、投标人资格要求：
2.1投标人应具有独立法人资格，生产厂家注册资金要求人民币500万元以上，代理商注册资金要求人民币150万元以上。
2.2 所投标产品须有良好的销售或使用业绩，投标人需提供同类产品近三年来良好销售或使用业绩。
2.3 生产厂家必须要有生产许可证、质量标准化证书等；代理商必须要有原生产厂家授权代理证明。
3、交货期：
自合同签订起30工作日内全部交齐
4、招标文件的获得：合格的投标人可于2012年07月02日至2012年07月13日上午9：00—11：00，下午13：00--16：00；（节假日除外）购买招标文件。招标文件售价600元人民币，售后不退。
5、投标截止时间：投标文件应于2012年07月24日上午10：00之前递交，迟到的投标文件将被拒绝。
