KEY RESULT AREAS STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

A. Manage the sales (internal/external) for China region. 1. To implement sales strategies to achieve the sales bookings and margins plan for each fiscal year.
2. To make regular sales and consistent calls to all customers designated, as part of your responsibility.
3. To submit a weekly and monthly report, as per format provided.
4. To attend to all in-house weekly meetings, to contribute in an open and positive manner.
5. To work closely in preparing the sales and marketing plan that is product strategies, product initiative, market growth, etc.
6. To have a very good knowledge of the market, customers, our installed base of products and plant-field sales opportunities.
7. To hire, develop and lead a Sales organization to achieve consistent growth, for both the Offshore and Onshore markets.
8. To show initiative, leadership and take ownership of all your job scope responsibilities.
9. To ensure office administration to be in strict compliance to our company policy and procedures ISO requirements and Code of Conduct.
10. We require a high level of leadership, communication skills, develop disciplined culture and a strong team environment of commitment and loyalty in the Sales Department.


KEY RESULT AREAS STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

B. Marketing initiatives and activities. 1. To prepare marketing plan for each product line of your responsibility that focuses on market share and growth.
2. To ensure we are pre-qualified and approved on the bidder list for all of our work scope i.e. shutdowns, inquiries for parts, Valve replacements, Valve servicing, repairs, new Valve requirements.
3. To make available and utilize all materials for presentations, seminars, etc.
4. To continuously develop new market segment that will generate sales revenue and expand our customer base.
5. To report back our competitors’ activities and failure in the markets.
6. To establish a strong relationship with the customers at all levels.
7. To focus on the MRO opportunities for all DRESSER Valve products to book orders for:
 Pressure Relief Valve, Control Valves (our locally produced Valve programme)…..quick ship deliveries.
 Valves for re-manufacture.
 Spares.
 Service contract agreements.
 Field technical service work.
 Digital product upgrades.
 Positioner sales.

KEY RESULT AREAS STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

C. Driving product sales. 1. You will be required to achieve a high level of technical-sales knowledge on our Valve products and services.
2. To ensure the selling of our products is carried out on a professional level.
3. To continuously leverage and promote the strengths of our brand names, technology and infrastructure in China
4. You will be sent to undertake all forms of professional training programmes available in DRESSER.
5. You will need to develop a strong product applications knowledge for our MASONEILAN Control Valves and CONSOLIDATED range of Valves and our global organization.



KEY RESULT AREAS STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

D. Product bookings and Business Plan. 1. Our yearly product bookings plan is segmented into:
 Project bookings
 Aftermarket bookings.
You will have sales responsible for the aftermarket business.
2. You have to prepare an annual bookings plan and monthly outlook forecasts to the plan.
3. Definition, execution and implementation of our business and market strategies are a strict requirement to ensure we meet our bookings/SVM plan.
4. To ensure the company is pre-qualified and approved on the bidders list for all projects/market.
