There is one polular equiment called ACTIFLO (coagulation, floculation, sedimentation) from USFilter, and ACTIFLOC (coag/floc/sedimentation/filtration) also from USFilter. It is very powful to use in water and wastewater treatment.
I did not see any application in China. But it is very popular in the US. If you need more info, let me know. I do not think USFilter register its design patent in China. Maybe you can build per your design. I know the patent will be gone in about 2 to 3 years in the US.
