1.check wheteher the cooling coil face velocity is too large. for blow-through unit, the velocity difference in face is 25%, draw-through unit is 20%. when to design unit, it is better to use 500fpm face velocity for cooling coil. lower is better but not less than 300fpm.
2. check the cooling coil height. the requirement of ASHRAE is chilled water cooling coil should not exceed 45". otherwise, you have to use a long drain pan.
3. the distance between cooling coil and fan should be long enough. larger than the fan wheel.

表冷段是在负压段吧?应该是存水弯的水封高度不够造成的。检查一下水封高度有多少。
