做了一个4层的幼儿园结构设计,每层的高度是3.6M。在楼梯平台处(1.8M)都设置了错层房间作为厕所。出图后,甲方要求把一层的层高由3.6M提高到5M,并且不改变柱子的截面,原来的柱子的截面角柱500X500,其他400X500。改了一层层高的结构模型后,发现了问题。周期和位移过了,但是在第二层的刚度验算不过,出现了薄弱层。如下:
