Research and Development Engineer 研发工程师

Job descri ption:
1.Analyze current Market Situation in cooperation with the Business Unit and colleagues from the R&D Centers in Germany.
2.Define and evaluate the profile of future development in respect of target costing and with evaluation tools.
3.Develop Design Alternatives in teamwork between internal departments, the Business Unit and with R&D colleagues in Germany. Evaluate the Alternatives and realize the selected solution.
4.Support other internal departments as well as the Business Unit and the sales force in the regions in respect to technical questions and evaluations.

2、在目标成本方面利用相关工具对产品的发展趋势进行评估和剖析。
3、与德国总部研发中心、自动化驱动部的同事以及公司内各部门合作开发设计替代方案，对方案进行评估，并实现选定方案。
4、在技术问题和产品评估方面支持公司内其他部门、自动化驱动部和区域销售部。

Requirements:
１．机械或机电一体化专业，本科以上学历；
２．有３年以上机械结构设计相关经验；
３．愿意从事低压电器产品的研发工作；
４．能用英语或德语进行有效沟通；
５．此职位将随着研发项目的展开提供相应的海外培训机会．
