请教美国建筑师Architect 和专业建筑工程师PE（arch）的区别

论坛好像很多从外国回来的建筑师啊，有个问题一直没彻底弄明白，就是美国有Architect建筑师，但是也有PE（arch）专业建筑工程师，请问到底有什么区别，从学业和实际工作方面。
