Abstract：This article launches from development of ra－tional planning mainly, explains the development back－ground and train of thought of rational planning and the reason of being criticized briefly. The article regards characteristic of rational planning as the breakthrough point, points out our country is at industrialized big de－veloping stage, and the city planning plays a very im－portant role in the development of the country. Our city planning need the discussion and practice from the di－versified and much angles, and then draws the directive significance to city planning practice of our country that rational planning.

摘 要：本文主要从“理性规划”的发展展开文章，简要阐述了“理性规划”的发展背景、发展脉络以及遭到批判的原因。文章以“理性规划”的特点为切入点，点明我国正处于工业化的大发展阶段，城市规划在国家的发展中起着举足轻重的作用，我国的城市规划需要多方位、多角度的探讨与实践，进而引出“理性规划”对于我国城市规划实践的指导意义。
