即将竣工的公伯峡水电站公伯峡水电站位于青海省循化县与化隆县交界的黄河干流上，距西宁153km，是黄河上游龙一青段规划的第四个大型梯级电站，水库总库容6.2亿m3，水库正常蓄水位2005.00m，死水位2002.00m，为日调节水库，坝址处多年平均流量717m3／s，万年一遇入库洪水7860m3／s。坝区基本地震烈度为7度。 枢纽主要任务是发电，兼顾灌溉及供水，枢纽建筑物由大坝、引水发电系统、泄水系统三部分组成。大坝为混凝上面板堆石坝，坝址区主要岩性为片岩、片麻岩、花岗岩及第三系砾砂岩。引水发电系统位于右岸，进水口坝段为混凝土重力坝，后接五条混凝土外包明钢管，电站安装5台单机容量300 MW机组，总装机容量为1500MW，年发电量51.4亿kW·h。泄水建筑物为右岸导流洞改建的深孔泄洪洞，右岸的表孔溢洪道及放空洞。

According to the mecesity of the development of Anshan,and considering to the increase of people of our country and the domestic refuse,it is important of a subject of conserve ervironment and boost the equality of people’s life to choose a proper way of disposal domestic refuse and device a credible sanitary fill plant.
