Job Description
职位描述

Tasks 任务
- Report to Procurement Manager for procurement responsibilities;
向采购经理汇报
- Be responsible for expediting and supply chain management;
负责发货和供应链管理
- Supplier Quality management;
供应商质量管理
- Make Inspection and Test Plan（ITP） and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
制定验收计划和出厂验收工作
- Co-ordinate with Project Manager for project delivery matter;
和项目经理协作发货催交事宜
- Provide inquiry support for proposal preparation.
提供前期方案准备阶段的询价支持
- Qualification: College educational background, at least 3 years experience in the related field, understands the basic project management methodology, willing to work under pressure, good negotiation skills.


Experience 工作经验
3 years related experience, experience in water treatment engineer project highly preferred
具有3年以上相关工作经验，特别是有水处理工程项目经验者优先；
Working experience in large international engineering company;
大型国际化工程公司采购工程师经验 （石化、化工、冶金、电力、污水处理等行业工作背景优先）
Be responsible for quality control of equipments and parts;
负责设备及采购件的质量控制 (验收检测计划，供应商生产过程控制，出厂验收，质保期服务等)

Be familiar with water treatment equipments and related vendors;
熟悉各种水处理工程设备；
Experience in supply management;
熟悉供应管理；

Education 教育背景
机械等相关专业大学本科毕业；
Degree holder with major in mechanical engineering
具有工科/专业技术背景；
Technical background

Knowledge/Languages 知识/语言
Integrity and excellent ethics; 诚信和卓越的道德规范
Be a good negotiator and coordinator; 谈判能力及协调能力佳
Team spirit and be a quick learner; 团队精神，极强的学习能力
Proactive and customer-oriented; 前瞻性及客户导向
Good English 英文良好
