Our client is one of the leading shopping mall and real estate developer, owner and manager groups in Asia and is listed overseas. The group owns and operates a large number of top-end shopping malls and developments in China, and is looking for the right talents to help achieve its development goals in China.

Job Description
-Conduct design feasibility studies for projects;
-Review designs to ensure compliance with group standards;
-Update design standards and guidelines
-Approve review and research findings, support project execution and ensure design quality
-Arrange inspection work and trainings for design officers

Experience and Education
The candidate should have the following qualifications
-University graduate or above
-Architecture or architecture-related professional qualification
-Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
-Project leadership experiences
-Good spoken and written English skills
-Responsible and proactive attitude

职位描述：
进行项目设计方面可行性研究；
审核设计，确保公司标准的执行；
更新设计标准和指南；
通过审核和研究，支援项目进行，并确保设计的品质；
安排设计主任的审查和学习工作。

岗位要求：
本科以上学历；
建筑学及建筑学相关专业；
7年以上的工作经验；
有项目负责人经验；熟练的英语听说读写能力；
有责任心和积极的态度。
