The position is to develops and implements sales objectives within assigned group of key customers. Responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts in order to achieve profitable results.Develop new end-users/retailers in Food retailer area. Provides technical support and necessary service on jobsite

Job description
·Develop Danfoss business, controls and electronics in assigned area. Promote Danfoss controls and central control/monitoring system to retailers, contractors and end-users
·Negotiates customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy
·Establishes sales account quotas and achieve sales target
·Take care of timely payment from customers
·Assists in setting up sales plan for the assigned customer group
·Conducts sales meeting and communicates new strategies to the sale account force
·Provide technical service and training to customers and support business partners
·Coordinates with assigned sales and/or service team to ensure the sales/service to assigned customers

Qualifications
·Bachelor degree in refrigeration engineering, HVAC or similar. Good knowledge on electrical controls preferred
·1-2 years sales or technical experience in refrigeration or HVAC industry
·Strong business mindset, self driven and result oriented
·Strong interpersonal and communication skill
·Good English and communication skill
·Excellent team working spirit
