磁耦合双向驱动控制器是采用磁驱动技术与不同的机械传动机构相结合、实现多种运动型式组合的一种全新理念的传动部件,不仅可以实现无泄漏、全密封,而且更加注重运动型式的转化和运动状态的控制。与传统的磁力驱动器相比,具有诸多优点。在流体机械、流体系统、精密机械等领域已经有许多成功的应用,同时起到了简化机构、提高可靠性、实现无接触动力传递和多种运动型式转换的作用。 本文采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对磁耦合双向驱动控制器的磁场建立2D、3D模型,并基于2D、3D模型,首次对耦合磁场的内部微观特性进行深入研究。揭示了耦合磁场内部特性,既丰富和发展了关于耦合磁场特性的描述,同时又为耦合磁场的进一步开发应用指明了方向。特别是基于3D模型,首次对耦合磁场动力学、运动学进行深入研究,既具有重要的理论意义,又具有工程实践的指导意义。 本文在总结和综述国内外文献关于磁力驱动器原理以及应用研究的基础上,采用理论分析、数值求解和实验测试相结合的方法,对磁耦合双向驱动控制器磁场特性进行了全面、系统、深入的研究。 基于ANSYS软件,对磁耦合双向驱动控制器磁场采用矢势法和标矢法建立2D、3D模型,创建物理环境,划分网格、赋予特性,加边界条件和载荷,对其场值进行求解计算,并对其磁场动力学、运动学以及特性进行分析研究。 分析比较了基于2D、3D模型的数值计算结果,首次得出3D模型修正后的转矩值比2D模型分析计算所得值约小16.5%。 通过对转矩密度的分析研究,首次得出:转矩密度从端面向高度延伸增大,延伸到内部10mm后,基本为常数。这一结论可有效地指导实际工程应用中对耦合磁场的优化设计。 通过分析研究磁场磁标势、磁感应强度矢量及磁感应强度绝对值的空间分

Magnetic coupling two-way driving controller, integrating magnetic driving technology into different mechanism, is a kind of new driver. Based on the models, inner-characteristic of coupling magnetic field were studied at first, basic rules on inner magnetic characteristic of magnetic coupling two-way driving controller were opened out. Thus, the characteristics of coupling magnetic field were described, and the developing direction on magnetic coupling controller had been shown clearly. Especially, based on 3D model, dynamic and kitics on magnetic coupling controller were studied.
