任职要求：
暖通相关专业,大学本科。熟悉企业暖通系统管理和改造。
Bachelor’s degree major in HVAC. Be familiar with HVAC management and renovation.
- 具有较强的协调、分析、判断、沟通和解决问题的技能。
Strong coordination, analytical, judgement, communication and trouble shooting skill.
- 具有生产设施或工程/设计和基建的操作和保养工作经验。
Experience in operation and maintenance in manufacturing facilities or in engineering/design & construction business.
- 对GMP知识和工厂的SOP有具体的了解，并要求将这些知识运用在所委派的工作中。
Specific knowledge on GMP and related local SOP, etc required for his/her assignment.
- 了解国家环保、安全、安装改造相关法律法规和规范知识。
Knowledge of EHS and installation related regulars.
- 能用中英文进行沟通和读写文件。
Chinese & English capability for communication and documentation.
- 具有绘制CAD图及运用计算机的能力.
Good CAD and computer skills.

职位职责：

协助主管保证空调 (冷库) 系统规范、安全、低成本运行,合理安排公用系统运行,制定或审阅相关SOP,做好空调设备的日常维护管理工作。
Assist supervisor to ensure chillers’ rooms running regularly, safely and low cost. To arrange utilities reasonably, initiate and review SOPs, HVAC daily maintenance management work.
- 收集、分析原始数据并结合当前实际状况,提出改进方案从而降低故障频率,提高效率和技术水平。
Collect and analyse raw data, Submit renovation projects to reduce shut down time, improve efficiency and technical level if appropriate.
- 沟通协调HVAC设备项目的改进设计,编制预算、计划、技术要求,协调施工,控制质量和进度,负责验收并配合验证 ,保证涉及空调系统的改造项目符合国家及公司的规范和规定,并按计划完成。
Communicate and coordinate design HVAC improvement, budget, plan, technical requirements, construction, quality and schedule control, check and validation on schedule according to prescribe and regulation of country or corporation.
- 与其他各部门保持良好的沟通,保证公司各项政策及时得到落实并了解其他部门的要求;主动与政府部门和承包商进行沟通,与之保持良好的合作关系,了解最新国家政策和市场信息。
Sufficient communication to obtain the demands of other departments ensures and all company policies implemented. Good relationship with government and contractors, comprehend country policies and marketing information.
- 积极主动，通过工程保养对工厂公用设施系统进行维护养并且控制虫害，从而使生产稳定运转。
Contribute to stable production for all of products through engineering and maintenance activities including operation of utility plant and pest control passionately.
- 计划和执行在特定操作区域中的保养如：预防性和故障排除维护等。
Plan and implement the maintenance of specific operation area such as preventive and breakdown maintenance, etc.
- 在日常运作中对设施进行监控，发现偏差要及时采取对策予以解决。
Watch and Monitor metrics for day-to-day operation and take countermeasures for any deviation, gap, etc. for areas of his/her responsibility.
- 根据HSE和5S的要求参与和执行所分派的任务。
Participate and implement specific tasks regarding HSE and 5S activities.
