Check the mass source.
Base shear = seismic factor X lumped weight.
If you want to use dead load as one of the source of the weight to evaluate the base shear. Check the box to right of "From Self and Specified Mass and Loads", and add DEAD load with multiplier of 1.
Define --->mass source
If you do not chose dead load to be the source of the weight. The base shear might be calculated using the self-weight of the structure only and you might get a small value of base shear.

本想帮你看看模型,可是你用的是8.5.6版的,而我是8.4.8,所以不能找开.况且你又没有将PKPM模型传上来,没法比较.
