Most of the water/wastewater treatment plants in the US are free to public. If someone can have to chance to get the visa, I would like to make the arrangement for the plant visits.
Most of water treatment plants in the US have to meet:
1. 0.1 NTU
2. 0.08 mg/L TTHM and 0.06 mg/L HAA
3. SCADA system control
4. New outcoming security system due to Sept. 11 events.
