一般认为智能化建筑是在传统建筑的基础上增加了自动化系统，包括建筑设备自动化系统(Building Automation System)、办公自动化系统（Office Automation System）、通信自动化系统（Communication Automation System）、智能放火监控系统（Fire Automation System）、保安自动化系统（Safety Automation System）。
但是你认为什么样的建筑最理想呢？是节能型？舒适型？还是有其它建树。
