When you are thinking of the human resource management (HRM) strategy for the new year, if have you taken employment relations management (ERM) as the important part into consideration? For example, the challenge in HR capital from the new law and regulation, labor contract management (such as how to sign the non-term labor contract, how to forecast the cost in labor contract expiration , how to avoid the risk in employment through human resource outsourcing); whether the measure of employment could be more variety; whether the C & B need reform; how to balance employers’ responsibility and company’s social responsibility, how to afford the EAP to the employees during the reforming period and so on. Which are mentioned above would directly effect effective implementation of human resource strategy in company.
In the past year, maybe you had got successful experiences, bitter feelings and confusion in management, or puzzle in law and regulation.
