Abstract: Ningbo Zhenhai Zhongyi motor 7 # Building Block is located in Zhenhai, while its excavation depth is between 3.65and5.10.By the the relevant regulations and codes of Zhejiang province or the nation‘s, with works around the actual situation,this project around the foundation pit engineering safety level to level 2. Surrounding the complexity of the excavation a considerable disadvantage. According to characteristics of the project, considering the safety envelope, environmental impact, construction duration, envelope, etc. factors, construction and building cost factors of 7 floor pit supporting structure were designed carefully. Using standard recommend m method to calculate the internal force and deformation, retaining piles with Richard is the stability analysis of soil slope excavation of the whole procedure stability analysis.
