岗位要求及职责/ Position description
岗位名称高级工程师 Senior Engineer

Title 岗位要求：Position requirements
教育/Education background 本科（或同等学力）及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above 专业
Major 制冷、暖通、机械或相关专业
Cooling, thermal,mechanic related field
工作经验/Working experience
1.具有空调行业6年以上的设计工作经验，其中至少3年以上商用或中央空调设计经验；at lease 6 years AC designing experience (including 3 years in the commercial AC or central AC)
2.具有二个及以上项目管理经验，至少有一个项目担任项目经理或同等岗位；project management experience of at least 2 projects and in charge of one of them indepentently
3．熟悉热泵产品的研发，生产工艺流程，能独立完成热泵产品设计制作；be familar with developing the heatpump product and with the production process and be independent in designing the heatpump product
4. 精通各制冷部件的设计，选型及故障分析，了解控制系统； be familiar with AC parts design, selection and the controlling system and be good at malfunction analysis
5. 有团队精神及较强的工作沟通能力。Teamwork and communication skill
岗位职责：Postion responsibility
1. 协助部门经理组织实施新产品开发计划与项目追踪；assist the department manager to develop the new product and to track the project
2. 负责组织进行热泵新产品设计和相关技术方案、设计文件的审核；in charge of organizing develop the new heatpump products and reviewing the relevant techinical proposal and designing documents
3. 协助工程师解决项目开发中的技术问题； assist the engineer to solve any techical issue during the product development period
4. 独立完成产品的设计开发及相关技术文件；achieve the product development assignment indepentently and in charge of the technical documents
5. 协调新产品生产前的技术准备工作。Coordinate and prepare for the new developped product
