Base material: Hot-Dip galvanized steel sheet
Quality: DX 51 D
Top side film: Single side laminated, 100% Fluoride film
Minimum layer thickness: 38 pm
Material: PVF, Tedlar ® (Dupont ®)
Color: GH15 (Grey)
Back side film Single side laminated, PE coating, and compatible for PUR injection
Protection film PE film (Optional)
Cold or hot rolled flat soft steel sheet with an even thickness, on the top side foreseen with a PVF coating and on the backside foreseen with a PE coating suitable for PUR injection adhesion and cold deformation of the sheet.
The coating layers applied shall not crack, flake or peel during mechanical processing with observance of the minimum deformation radius.
(Sheet thickness < 1,25 mm → Minimum radius 1 x sheet thickness)

Use: In highly corrosive environments or exposure to certain chemicals.
