上海某美国领先制冷公司招National Sales Director

We are looking for a National Sales Director for an USA company which is a leader in providing air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) systems, components, controls, etc.

Shanghai

Report to:
GM

Responsibilities:
? Manage regional sales branches
? Manage key account customer relationship
? Channel management (dealers, distribution, installers, etc)
? Lead application design and field execution team
? Manage aftermarket organization and service dealers to provide service solutions to customers
? Work closely with factories on new product development to meet evolving market/customer needs

Requirements:
? Strong national sales management experience (5 years+) for multi-national company in industrial products/solutions (preferably HVAC/R or coldchain related).
? Experience with growing a newly developed business preferable
? Ability to work under stressful environment and deliver on commitments
? Strong communication skills, both English and Chinese
? High level of integrity and ethical standard
