We are looking for a National Sales Director for an USA company which is a leader in providing air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) systems, components, controls, etc.

Responsibilities:
Manage regional sales branches
Manage key account customer relationship
Channel management (dealers, distribution, installers, etc)
Lead application design and field execution team
Manage aftermarket organization and service dealers to provide service solutions to customers
Work closely with factories on new product development to meet evolving market/customer needs
Requirements:
Strong national sales management experience (5 years+) for multi-national company in industrial products/solutions (preferably HVAC/R or coldchain related).
Experience with growing a newly developed business preferable
Ability to work under stressful environment and deliver on commitments
Strong communication skills, both English and Chinese
High level of integrity and ethical standard
