Company Profile：
For our client company, a German Sino joint venture company in motor component/automobile industry we are looking for a plant manager in shanghai. The company is established in 2005 and is a JV of German and Chinese manufacturing company, situated in shanghai with 250 employees.

Job Location：
Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for directly daily activities of the manufacturing, manufacturing engineering and purchasing functions.
2. Responsible for assisting in the development and the execution of short and long term operational plans.
3. Responsible for leading change and quality improvements.

Requirements:
1. A German who has plant / production management experience and who can speak Chinese in a fairly medium level
2. A Chinese speaker who has similar experience and who can also speak English and German
3. Experience in managing a 100people team
