Job Summary
Directs, manages and coordinates all activities associated with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Materials Management, Quality Assurance and Personnel. The position is responsible for efficient and economical manufacturing of company products in conformance with established specifications and procedures. The Operations Manager is directly accountable to lead the Operations organization to a level of performance identifiable with World Class organizations utilizing lean production and continual improvement techniques.

学历：本科机械工程、工民建专业
工作经验：15年左右工作经验，5-8年以上商务、贸易采购工作经验。
丰富国际项目管理经验，有企业管理经验者优先。
熟悉钢板桩制造、检验过程。
熟悉物流、国际进出口贸易流程、信用证条款等

英语：六级以上，与外籍人士无障碍沟通

Essential Functions
1. Participate in administering company policies and developing longer term manufacturing goals and objectives. This includes the direction and focus of activities in responsible departments to further overall progressive goals and objectives and monitors their progress.
2. Direct manufacturing activities to ensure maximum effectiveness is obtained for the production of quality products within specified time and budgetary guidelines.
3. Accountable to ensure products meet or exceed customer quality standards and required delivery schedules are met. Ensure that responsible departments are 100% compliant to ISO 9001:2000 standards.
4. Interface with Design Engineering to ensure company facilities, equipments and technologies are adequate to support progressive design developments.
5. Develop and maintain schedules to plan monitor and control subcontractor availability and cost of subcontracted services.
6. Oversee company procurement requests and participate in the negotiations of service contracts and sub-contracted manufacturing activities in liaison with purchasing department.
7. Serve as Chairman of management committees.




Other Responsibilities
1. To lead and manage a team supervising Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Material Management, Human Resource and Quality Assurance. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, mentoring, development and evaluation of these departments.
2. Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Skills and Abilities
• Good managerial and delegation skills.Practical and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Basic understanding of accounting policies and practices.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing procedures and processes related to steel fabrication（essential）. Experience with QA/QC programs. Experience with feasibility studies and ROI calculations.
• Knowledge of export Business will be a strong point
