商业透视图

售楼部选址紧邻嘉陵公园，面朝观音桥步行街人流主要来向，后期为商业。利用地形高差，形成层层叠叠的退台，采用小体量的玻璃盒子堆叠，形成一个一个的独栋商业，成为观音桥上的漂浮岛屿。

后期主要引入咖啡店、书店、买手店为主的驻留商业。目前左侧为启元售楼部、右侧为香港置地与华润合作取得的电测村地块—观宸的售楼部。
