We considered how to define the psychological boundaries of this project, integrating the surrounding green parks into the landscape design. The route home passes through a sequenced entrance planting and a landscaped forest, with the spiritual cues of Greek green stone enhancing the sense of arrival and ceremony. The dense forest and natural lake also make the journey home more enriching.

A 7-meter wide, 100-meter long driveway paved with small-sized Angolan black stone highlights the quality of this luxury project. Attention to detail is further demonstrated through features such as starlight guidance lights, custom curved curbs, and 4x4 mm joint gaps, showcasing the beauty of the paving craftsmanship.

The landscape technique of "distant views within reach" extends the unique internal and external resources of the Songshan Lake area. Through the clear and open trees, one can see the lake.

The relationship between the greenery and paving at the openings also provides customers with more opportunities to get closer to the forest and the lake.

Located between the lake and the forest avenue, we have departed from the traditional use of flowers or grasses as the main themes for flower beds. Instead, we sought the highest aesthetic inspiration, reconstructing and reinterpreting high luxury and cool-toned aesthetics. The silver estate represents our breakthrough and innovation in plant design for this project.

We selected approximately 30 plant species to create the landscape. The design intention was to use primarily silver-green, blue-green, silver, and light-colored plants to create a sophisticated and romantic garden.

We conducted specialized research and evaluation of plant species suitable for winter. Various silver-toned flower beds are paired with the dark green background of the Norfolk Island pine, creating a unified color scheme with diverse forms. This combination results in an elegant silver garden that is refreshing and relaxing.

Based on the overall temperament and mood, we have established the plant theme. We have selected plant species with stable characteristics that complement this theme. Some innovative plants used include Hakonechloa macra 'Aureola', Gypsophila paniculata 'Bristol Fairy', Liriope muscari 'Big Blue', Amsonia hubrichtii, Stachys byzantina 'Silver Carpet', Juniperus squamata 'Blue Star', Stachyurus praecox, Paeonia tenuifolia, and Hibiscus acetosella 'Red Shield'.

The commercial front area continues the serene and verdant ambiance of Greek greenery, with materials echoing this theme throughout. These materials define the estate's sense of domain and are selectively employed at key locations with restraint.

The color scheme of the front courtyard leading to the home is deep and tranquil, primarily based on a deep black foundation, with occasional highlights of exquisite Greek green accents. Sculptures and water features extend towards the distant lake, creating a harmonious interplay.

The water feature sculpture "Twelve Hours of Azure Clouds" in the front courtyard captures the majestic landscapes of distant mountains and rivers. Utilizing imported luxurious green stone, starry sky lights, intermittent fountains, and a misting system, it creates a poetic atmosphere of rolling mountains and vast waters. From the faint light of dawn to the colorful starlight, it enriches the journey home with every moment, guarding each hour and minute.

The central island water feature is 12 meters long and 4.2 meters wide, constructed using the largest cut Greek green natural stones. It features a total of 40 wave lines, organized into 12 curved sections, showcasing an ultra-challenging cutting, assembly, and installation process for luxury stone water features. The on-site fidelity is high, ensuring smooth and natural flow lines.

In the lakeside commercial front area, integrating the community lobby, lakeside interface, and soft and hard landscapes creates a dynamic interplay of elevation changes. This breaks away from mundane layouts, fostering an upscale and imaginative commercial street that is both scenic and inviting for lingering. Leveraging the lake view and native trees, along with architectural setbacks, enhances the spatial atmosphere. Silk-screened glass adds a distinctive touch of elegance to the setting.

At the outset of the planning process, the location of the entrance was determined by the clustering of native large trees. These vibrant and age-defying trees provide shelter and character to the estate. The integration of native and newly planted trees reflects the community's vision for future living environments.

The project features unique green and champagne-colored wrought iron railings, specifically chosen to enhance the aesthetic. The bridges also serve as focal points in the experiential journey through the area.

Combining the natural foundations of the dual lakes, the design maintains large areas of clean grass slopes leading into the water, conveying an urban feel. At locations with elevation changes and scenic islands, riprap revetments are used. In the waterfront areas, cobblestone is placed in tidal flats and concealed gabions are employed, ensuring safety while promoting the natural extension of aquatic plants.

The setting of aquatic plants and revetment hard landscapes at various points on the lake surface provides opportunities for proximity to the water body.
