东莞长安，曾是珠三角世界工厂的代名词。自2020年提出共建“深莞深度融合发展示范区”以来，转型升级成为最热门的话题，长安作为桥头堡汇集了步步高、OPPO、VIVO等40多家世界知名企业及总部，花漫城则是鼎峰集团为其打造的一张商业名片。

Chang'an, Dongguan, was previously the synonymous of The World Factory inthe Pearl River Delta of China. Ever since the proposal of"Shenzhen-Dongguan Deep Integration Development Demonstration Zone" launchedin 2020, transformation and upgrading of the land use has become the hottesttopic. As the leading city, Chang'an has brought together more than 40world-renowned companies and headquarters, including BBK Electronics, OPPO, andVIVO. Dingfeng Dear City, is a splendid commercialdevelopment in Chang’an, a magnificent business card of The Dingfeng Group.

花漫城作为东莞长安的首个高品质体验式商业项目，占地3万多m2，建筑面积达12万m2，规划有花漫广场、四叶广场、玫瑰大道、向日坊玉兰巷、卉艺街六大主题街区，涵盖商业、艺术、休闲等活动空间，“构筑都市花海里的漫生活空间，开启湾区商业新时代”。

Dear City is the first high-quality commercial project in Chang'anDongguan that takes up experiential shopping. Covers an area of more than30,000 m2 and a building area of 120,000 m2, the planning of the developmentincludes 6 commercial streets each themed after different flowers. Their usage include retail business, art,leisure and amenity activities. Attemptsto build an urban living space with the idea of sea of flowers, opening a newera of business in the Bay Area.

首创 “爱”主题情景商业 ，从爱的连接、爱的符号、爱的故事三个方面深入诠释“爱”主题在商业情景中的应用。

It is the first commercial shopping development in the industry to use Scenarioof Love as the theme. Taking on 3aspects of love: Connection of love, Symbol of love, and the Story of love, tocreate an in-depth interpretation of "love" and apply to scenario business.

“爱”简单又神秘，怎么用具象的表达来叩开每个人独特的个人体验？直到找到了“爱情红线”的切入点，月老用红线系住有情人的传说，是每个中国人耳熟能详的故事，而商业广场聚集人群、参与性活动的特性，也赋予“爱的红线”更多想象空间、浪漫氛围。

"Love" is both simple and mysterious. How to use figurativeexpressions to open up each person's unique experience? By the "Red Threadof Love". From the legend of Yue Lao,the god of marriage and love in Chinese mythology, who unites a pair of loverwith a red thread is a story familiar to every Chinese. The characteristic of the commercial plaza isa gathering place fills with interactions of people, and all kinds of activity. Using the Red Thread of Love as the symbolictheme enriches the romantic atmosphere.

我们把红线编织进商业外摆，它独特的造型既雕塑界定着空间，又是一条独特的照明光带；把红线编织进小品，坐凳与树池顿时有了热烈的情绪，单一的功能被扩张，坐凳？雕塑？这是个问题；把红线编织进下沉广场，它与舞台的红心造型相呼应，将游动的红线在商业中心完成了闭环。

We weave the redthread from the outer ring of commercial street in the form of a sculpture, yetwith the unique function of a lighting feature in belt shape. When the red threads arrive at the inner ringof the commercial streets, the thread transforms into different forms: benches, tree planters, seat wall and brightred sculptures plainly for visual appreciation. Red threads from the commercialstreets all arrive at the sunken plaza in the center of the shopping developmentwith an unique heart shape stage in red. The design message is plain and symbolic: The drifting read thread connects the loversand meet up at the heart, the beginning of many beautiful stories of love.

红线还在延伸，它从室外无限延伸到商场室内，编织空间造型及动线，结合柱子以现代建筑手法创造空中花海景象。

The red thread isstill extending, from the outdoor to the interior of the shopping mall, weavingthe space and circulation, using the contemporary architectural techniques, thered thread design combined with the columns to create a sea of flowers in theceiling of the internal space.

主入口大广场作为人流聚焦的大型户外公共空间，一眼就要吸睛，放入昭示性艺术雕塑及花朵棒棒糖，呼应阳光生态的生活环境，“爱”主题更赋予雕塑灵魂及更丰富的解读空间。

The Main Entrance Plazais the focal point, design of this large scale public open space must attractattention at first sight. Therefore, the entrance plaza fills with expressiveart sculptures and flower lollipops, echoing the ecological living environment withsunshine. The theme of "Love" gives the sculptures the soul and enrichesthe interpretation of the space.

下沉音乐广场，不管是琴键式的台阶，还是从教学里的管风琴作为灵感的间隔的背景墙，更或者坐着弹奏贝斯的夸张人像，在爱的舞台上，音乐总在流淌。

The Sunken Plaza is designed with a musical theme, consist of staircase mimic piano keys, background walldesign taken from the pipe organ of the church, and the exaggerated sculpture ofa bass player. On the stage of love, musicalways there.

儿童活动空间是一个建立家庭亲密生活主题的公园。公园地面有花朵图案和七彩攀爬活动设施，再结合周边供家长闲坐的长凳。长凳以心跳线为设计特色，是红线主题的延续，继续写下爱的故事。

The Children's ActivityArea designed with a theme to build up the intimate family relationship withthe children. Playground safety mat designedwith flower patterns, along with colorful play equipment. Combining with the sitting benches for parentalguardians. The benches are in a specialsculptural form of a heartbeat. It is adesign continuity of the red thread, and it is the main part of the story oflove.

艺术不止于形体的搭建，在色彩的运用上我们同样进行了大胆尝试。

Art is not limited to the construction of form, we made bold attempts inthe use of color.

从代表爱情永恒象征的钻石中，通过反射、折射和色散提取出错综交叠又让人目眩的锐利光芒，创造出三维抽象的几何形状。正如花园设计师克拉默的著名设计作品《诗人的花园 Garten des Poeten》利用三角形的土丘，开创一种名为“大地艺术”的艺术形式，透过最古老的几何土地雕塑运用到园林中，令三维抽象几何形体构成了一种与众不同的空间感受。项目亦借助三角形几何构成空间，加上运用颜色：将室内装饰常用的脏粉红配灰的色系用于室外铺装，“脏粉”与自然环境中的蓝绿碰撞出更多可能性。

Diamonds representsthe eternal symbol of love, we extract from the idea of its nature, theintricately overlapping and dazzling light from the reflection, refraction anddispersion, creates the three dimensional abstract geometric forms. , Just likethe famous landscape garden "The Poet's Garden" by Ernst Cramer. Heused triangular earth mounds to create an art form called Land Art ,creating impressive, almost archaic geometrical earth sculpture . The abstract geometric forms constitute adistinctive spatial experience. Inthis project, we also apply triangular geometry to form the space, combiningthe use of color: Dusty Pink + Gray,these color are commonly use in interior design, they are now applied to theoutdoor paving. Dusty Pink collides withthe blue and green in the natural environment context to create more visual possibilities.

灰色的优雅，经由粉色的调和，登时呈现一种年轻活泼的气质，难得的是并未削弱优雅的属性，反而带来一种复古而轻快的质感。有趣的图案配色，让艺术更易走入生活的日常。

The elegance of gray,mixed with dusty pink, immediately presents a youthful and lively temperament.What is rare is that the quality of youthfulness does not weaken the elegant attributebut instead brings a retro and brisk essence. Art becomes more accessible byusing interesting pattern and articulate use of color in landscape.

△ 三角形拼贴灵感

三角构图不止装点了地面，它同样以立体的方式，重复出现在机组屏障、墙面等设计中，正如“脏粉”之父罗斯科Mark Rothko在1953年的作品《Red and Pink on Pink》中把艺术消减到最低限度的表达，罗斯科的目标是在画布上捕捉人类基本情感的本质，然后从他的观众那里唤起这些情感。我们希望在简洁的设计中，表达更多的内涵，但最重要的是，你在其中经过它、欣赏它、体验它的感受。

The triangular geometrynot only applies on paving layout, also repeatedly appears in the design of fencewall, railing and other vertical elements. Taken from the goal of Mark Rothko, the father of "pink",reduced art to a minimum from his famous piece "Red and Pink on Pink"in 1953. Rothko's goal was to capturethe essence of basic human emotions on the canvas and then evoke those emotionsfrom his viewers. Likewise, we hope toexpress more connotations in the concise design, most important is that youpass through it, appreciate it, and able to experience the emotions within.
