在现今社会，人们对于日常生活的追求日益多样丰富，闲暇时的活动范围逐渐从个人的居所扩展至更广阔的社区空间。

In today's Society, People's pursuit of daily life is increasingly diverse and rich, leisure activities gradually from the individual residence to expand the scope of community space.

在这种背景下，我们需要紧紧围绕让人发生连接的初衷，进行架空层的场景营造， 打造让居民在社区的怀抱中尽情释放欢愉和活力的空间，为社区整体创造卓越的品质与品味。

 In this context, we need to focus on the original purpose of making people connect, to create an elevated scene, to create the residents in the embrace of the community to release the joy and vitality of the space, create excellent quality and taste for the community as a whole.

社区内的架空层不仅仅是增加活动空间，更是生活品质的不断升华。它既可以将城市的喧嚣隔绝，让人们感受到“家”的温馨与归属，同时又能打破邻里交往的物理界限，让社区的温情凝聚在一起。

In the community's overhead layer is not only increases the activity space, is the life quality sublimation unceasingly. It can not only isolate the noise of the city, let people feel the warmth and belonging of"Home", but also break the physical boundaries of neighborhood communication, let the warmth of the community together. 

作为社区中的“第二会客厅”，其承担了公共空间中的社交功能，不仅可以迎接好友的临时到访，还可以让邻居们在路旁偶遇时驻足片刻。

As a“Second meeting room” in the community, it serves as a social function in the public space, not only welcoming friends to visit temporarily, but also allowing neighbors to stop by the roadside when they meet.

When the transparent floor-to-ceiling windows will sunlight and beauty into the room, a cup of tea, a book, a few friends, or even just sitting in a daze, has become the best interpretation of the good life. Time is no longer a rush, but a quiet stop, let a person enjoy the peace and ease of the moment

当我们的目光由室内延伸至室外，每一次对生活美好的探索都揭示更多的可能性。

When our eyes extend from the inside to the outside, each exploration of the beauty of life reveals more possibilities. 

在杭州春风金沙项目中，我们的设计团队秉承开放、互联的“社区洄游公园”理念，将游园模式带入到公共空间，在架空层造景中，打造多变的“植物橱窗”，让自然景观不受拘束地延伸至屋檐下，与整个园区的景色无缝融合，营造出一片流动的自然之美。

In Hangzhou Spring Breeze Sands Project, our design team adheres to the concept of“Community Migration Park”, which is open and interconnected, create a variety of“Plant window”, so that the natural landscape unrestrained to extend to the eaves, and the landscape of the whole park seamless integration, creating a flow of natural beauty.

石椅与自然融为一体，仿佛取材于山间小溪的流水石，为人们提供了一份质朴与自然的感受。

Stone chairs and nature into one, as if drawn from a mountain stream of flowing stone, for people to provide a simple and natural feeling.

温馨的低饱和度基调，跳脱出一抹清新的绿，犹如沐浴春风，令人心生欢喜， 在这温馨的氛围中，仿佛回归自然。

Warm low saturation tone, jump out of a fresh green, as if bathed in spring breeze, make people happy, in this warm atmosphere, as if returning to nature.

这个空间为孩子们和家长们提供了一起阅读、绘画、拼搭积木等活动的机会，创造了高质量的家庭互动体验。同时， 我们在场景的搭建中融入了寓教于乐的元素，实现了娱乐和美育的多重功能。

The space provides children and parents with the opportunity to read, paint, build blocks and other activities together, creating a high-quality family interaction experience. At the same time, we built the scene into the elements of education and fun, entertainment and aesthetic education to achieve multiple functions. 

在被自然和阳光滋养的环境中，我们用童趣和欢乐的视觉语言表达着情感。

In an environment nourished by nature and sunlight, we express our feelings with the visual language of childlike interest and joy.

细节往往决定着卓越的品质。 休憩区也体现着我们对细节的专注与关怀，巧妙的高低台面设计， 为家长提供舒适便捷的照看与陪伴环境，共享温馨时光。

Details often determine the quality of excellence. Rest area also reflects our attention to detail and care, clever high and low desktop design, for parents to provide comfortable and convenient care and accompany the environment, to share a warm time.

在孩子的天真烂漫里，时间是一种奢侈，让大人们忘却繁杂的事务共度美好亲子时光。

In the children's innocent, time is a luxury, so that adults forget the complicated affairs to spend a good parent-child time.

无论是娱乐还是学习，这个空间都能满足不同需求，为家庭带来丰富多彩的体验。

Whether it is entertainment or study, this space can meet different needs, for the family to bring a rich and varied experience.

社区活动空间的设计关注了长者的需求， 与年轻人相比，长时间居家的长者对社区活动空间有着更多的需求。 社区在这方面进行了深入考虑，悉心地设置了多种区域，为家中的长者提供了一个舒适的场所。

The design of community activity space pays attention to the needs of the elderly, compared with the young people, the elderly who live at home for a long time have more needs of community activity space. The community has taken this into consideration by carefully setting up a variety of areas to provide a comfortable place for the elderly in their homes.

在这里，他们可以喝茶谈天，进行棋牌对弈，与社区的老友们相聚，度过充实而愉快的时光。这些活动不仅能够让他们在家中找到自己的乐趣，还能够拉近与社区的距离，让闲暇时光不再显得漫长。

Here, they can drink tea and chat, chess and card game, and the community of old friends get together, spend a full and happy time. These activities not only enable them to find their own fun at home, but also to close the distance with the community, so that leisure time does not seem long.
