华山环宇城 项目位于济南中心城区北部，毗邻黄河，隶属历城区华山街道办事处。

总用地面积 109,431.79 m 2 ，建筑基底面积32,829.9m 2 ，本地块紧临二环东路，距离中心城区8km，距离泺口站、大明湖火车站分别为4.2km和4.5km，交通便利，形成半小时生活圈。项目场地平整，东侧可透过住宅远眺华山景观，西侧高架桥带来视觉影响。

Huashan Unimall is located in the northern part of Jinan's central city, adjacent to the Yellow River. It is affiliated to the Huashan Sub-district Office of Licheng District.

The total land areais 109,431.79 ㎡,and the building base area is 32,829.9 ㎡. The site isclose to Erhuan East Road and 8 km from the central city.The distancebetween Luokou Station and Daming Lake Railway Station is 4.2 km and 4.5 kmrespectively. The transportation is convenient, forming a half-hour lifecircle.The project site islevel, the east side can overlook the Huashan landscape through the residentialarea, and the west side viaduct brings visual impact.

/ 方案总平面图 Master Plan /

创意点：通过北活动广场，下沉水幕剧场，运动滑板公园，亲子乐园，儿童戏水空间，南入口展演广场串联起户外的游览动线，户外的游览动线通过南北广场与屋顶花园与室内动线联通，形成一个立体式的内外一体交通闭环，打通商业各个功能组团，利用室外丰富的功能模块全面吸引全龄化的客流。

Creativity: The outdoor tour line is connected throughthe north entrance plaza, sunken plaza, sports park, kid's water playgroundarea, and the south entrance plaza. The outdoor tour line is connected with theroof garden and the indoor tour line through the north and south entrance plaza,forming a three-dimensional internal and external integrated traffic closedloop and opening up, various commercial functional groups. Fully attract thefull-age passenger flow by utilizing the abundant outdoor function modules.

/ 北入口广场 North Entrance Plaza /

主入口前广场主要为人流进入购物中心提供导向性，并为活动提供完整的场地空间。主入口西侧设计地标性构筑物或精神堡垒，作为项目的点睛之笔及记忆点。同时借助智能互动设施增加参与性，提高人气。

The north entrance plaza provides the main flow of people into theshopping mall and provides a complete site space for activities. To the west ofthe north entrance, a landmark logo sculpture is designed as the project'sfinishing touch and memory point. At the same time, intelligent interactive facilitiesincrease participation and improve popularity.

/ 下沉广场 Sunken Plaza /

创意点：结合建筑的立面设计手法，改造首层顶板边缘，进退间演变出层叠退级的墙体立面，以此分解墙体的高差；6m高差错落间，巧妙结合了叠瀑，眺望台，看台，景观台阶，跌级花池，营造沉浸式立体花园的体验。水幕剧场与中心舞台作为视觉焦点，可为商家与商场节庆活动提供展演互动空间。

Creativity:Combined with the facade design of the building, the edge of the first-floorroof was transformed, and the wall facade evolved into a cascade of regressionbetween advance and retreat, in order to decompose the height difference of thewall; 6m height difference is staggered, cleverly combined with the cascadewaterfall, overlooking platform, stands, landscape steps, fall flower pool, tocreate an immersive three-dimensional garden experience. The Water CurtainTheatre and the center stage serve as the visual focal points, providinginteractive space for merchants and shopping malls to display and performfestivals.

利用商业街面，将活动分区布置于绿林之中，休闲且热闹。

儿童活动场地以泉城山水为主题，结合寓教于乐的设计理念，按不同的年龄段划分了戏水区，雕塑般的戏水设施，提供了雾霖，旱喷，水柱，互动涌泉等不同形式的戏水项目。

The Kid’s playground takes the Spring City landscape as the theme, combines the design concept of entertaining and teaching, and divides the playing areas according to different age groups. The sculptural playing facilities provide different forms of playing projects such as fog shower, dry spray, water column and interactive surging spring.

带状分布的家长看护区，满足功能的需求。戏水设施在冬季关闭戏水功能时，雕塑般的形态依旧能够成为吸引孩子们的亮点，游乐场地在冬季可以成为平衡车赛道。

Zonal parentcare area to meet the needs of the function. When the swimming facilities areclosed in winter, the sculptural form can still be a bright spot to attractchildren, and the playground can be turned into a balancing car track inwinter.

/ 酒店落客区 Hotel Drop Off Area /

酒店落客区以线性的铺装呼应建筑立面现代感的纵向线条，雨棚围合出了尊贵的落客区。抬高的跌水及雕塑体现了酒店落客区的品质感，水景和特色乔木划分开了酒店与商业广场的空间。

The linear paving of the hotel's drop-off area echoes the longitudinal lines of the modern building facade, and the canopy encloses the distinguished drop-off area. The elevated water drop and sculpture reflect the quality of the hotel drop-off area. The water feature and characteristic trees divide the hotel and commercial plaza space.

/ 南入口广场 South Entrance Plaza /

次入口广场设计了旱喷，呼应节庆氛围，吸引人气。同时也可以作为展演空间，为节庆活动提供场地。

The second entrance square is designed with drought spray to echo the festive atmosphere and attract people. At the same time, it can also be used as an exhibition space to provide a venue for festival activities

/ 屋顶花园 Roof Garden /

创意点：在成本可控的范围内，5层屋面以色彩亮丽的彩色橡胶跑道及围绕多个室内出入口设计网红打卡拍照点,通过自媒体传播，吸引更多年轻人流。6层屋面结合酒店宴会厅设计户外婚庆场地，仪式亭将成为泉城婚庆地标志性记忆点。

Creativity: Within the scope of controllable cost, theroof of the fifth floor is equipped with brightly coloured rubber racetracksand designed around multiple indoor entrances and exits with Internetcelebrities punching photo spots, to spread the scene highlights through we mediaand attract more young people. The 6-storey roof combined with the hotelbanquet hall to design the outdoor wedding venue, the ceremony pavilion willbecome the landmark memory point of the Spring City wedding.

/ 屋顶花园-梦幻天台 Magical Garden /

屋顶花园的空间灵感来源于室内梦幻之旅的故事线，我们希望打造一个令人印象深刻的独特空间，随着项目的推进，屋顶业态的调整，在低成本与呈现效果双向要求的前提下，一个越来越清晰的定位出现在了我们的视野，众多的网红打卡地标成为了商场吸引客流的点，我们将戏剧性的场景由影棚搬到了室外，通过趣味打卡墙，猫咪，葛蓝跑道，儿童游乐场地，屋顶影院，打造一个充满趣味的梦幻天台。

The space of the roof garden is inspired by the storylineof the indoor fantasy tour. We hope to create an impressive and unique space.With the project's development and the roof format adjustment, under thepremise of the bidirectional requirements of low cost and presentation effect,a clearer positioning appears in our vision. We moved the dramatic scenes fromthe studio to the outdoors, creating a fantasy roof full of fun through the funpunching wall, Cat, the blue track, the children's playground, and the rooftopcinema.

/ 屋顶花园-婚礼草坪 Lawn Wedding /

千变万化的场景营造不停的在叠加得出一个结论：以不变应万变。场地的主题与营造因客户的不同而千变万化，回到场地的使用者本身，更注重的是场地的完整性和可能性，会选择举办户外婚礼的新人，基本上均有邀请婚礼策划公司进行场地二次布置，那么易于改造和平整的场地，容易与场景结合的轻质构筑物，简洁的室外空间才能够让策划团队更好的发挥，创造更多的可能性。
