低碳实践：法国BREIZH项目

Recently, the BREIZH project, designed by Valode & Pistre architects  from France, has been completed wins the Silver Pyramid for "low-carbon building", the future headquarters of GRDF in Saint-Denis.

这是由法兰西岛房地产开发商联合会（FPI IDF）颁发的新奖项，进一步巩固了WO2在法国低碳商业地产开发领域的领先地位。也肯定了法国VP在低碳建筑上的实践。

Awarded by FPI IDF - the Federation of Real Estate Developers in ?le-de-France, this new prize strengthens WO2's position as a French leader in low-carbon commercial property development.It also recognizes the practice of Valode & Pistre architects  on low carbon buildings.

总建筑面积 35,000 平方米 ，而项目使用了 9,070 立方米 CLT 实木，40% 的供暖需求由绿色燃气提供，工程造价的 1%用于购买再利用和再生材料（WO2 签署了《普莱恩公社循环经济宪章》）。

The total floor area is 35,000 m2 , while the project uses 9,070 m3 of CLT solid wood, 40% of the heating needs are provided by green gas, and 1% of the project cost is used to purchase reused and recycled materials (WO2 is a signatory to the Prynne Commune Circular Economy Charter).

与最新设计的传统建筑相比，Breizh 建筑在其生命周期内最大限度地减少了碳排放。这片昔日的工业废地被改造成了一栋主要由 CLT 实木建造的建筑，在碳排放量方面堪称典范。

Breizh building reduces its carbon footprint over its lifecycle by compared to a conventional building of recent design.This former industrial wasteland has been transformed into an exemplary building in terms of carbon footprint, built mainly from CLT solid wood.

但除了环保性能和碳足迹之外，这个奖项还彰显了我们所提供的建筑和工作空间前所未有的品质。

But beyond environmental performance and the carbon footprint, this award also highlights the unprecedented quality of the building and workspaces we offer. 

WO2 执行主席马克-拉方特（Marc LAFONT）表示："我们与 GRDF 团队合作，使未来的总部不仅成为完全符合其新工作方式的工具，而且成为其能源转型战略承诺的示范，这坚定了我们的信念，即与传统办公楼相比，我们需要提供超低碳和创新的办公楼。

The work done with the GRDF teams to make this future headquarters not only a tool perfectly suited to their new ways of working but also a demonstrator of their strategic commitment to energy transition reinforces our belief in the need to offer ultra-low-carbon and innovative office buildings compared to traditional office offerings," comments Marc LAFONT, Executive Chairman of WO2.

建筑各楼层之间通过一个巨大的开放式楼梯相连，方便了员工之间的交流。内部空间宽敞，天花板高达 3.10 米，采用裸露的实木结构，营造出温馨的工作空间。

The floors are connected to each other by a grand open staircase, facilitating interaction among employees. Inside, large spaces with ceiling heights of up to 3.10 meters and an exposed solid wood structure will allow for the creation of welcoming workspaces.

由于在地面增设了室内花园和室外绿色露台，公司员工将在 2000 多平方米的空间里与大自然和谐相处。

With the addition of an interior garden at ground level and exterior green terraces, the company's employees will have direct contact with nature on over 2,000 square meters.
