轻介入式微度假场景营造

场地位于城市近郊，没有核心区的极致摩登，也相对缺乏自成一体的独特自然条件；因此轻介入式微度假场景的营造结合二次共创空间，是我们希望在首开区给未来的使用者们所展现出来的生活态度。

The site is located in the outskirts of the city, without the ultimate modern core area and relatively lacking unique natural conditions that integrate into one; Therefore, the creation of a light intervention micro vacation scene combined with a secondary co creation space is the lifestyle attitude we hope to showcase to future users in the Shoukai District.

场地主要由红线外公共绿地及红线内住宅两部分构成。

The venue mainly consists of two parts: public green spaces outside the red line and residential buildings inside the red line.

Pocket Park

口袋公园

红线外口袋公园的打造为城市提供了有温度的共享微空间，它以流畅的空间结构为人们提供舒适的休闲体验，也承载着大众丰富的活动与社交需求。流畅的线性设计，既调和了长条状过于板正的空间属性，也兼顾了轨道沿线的视觉观感。

The creation of the Red Line Outer Pocket Park provides a warm and shared micro space for the city. It provides a comfortable leisure experience with a smooth spatial structure and also carries the rich activities and social needs of the public. The smooth linear design not only harmonizes the spatial attributes of the long strip shape being too rigid, but also takes into account the visual appearance along the track.

高低错落的球阵植物搭配辅以装置雕塑的点睛处理，让整个公园入口变得更加轻松有趣了；现状变电箱通过立面的包裹处理，自然而然的成为了公园入口的形象景墙，与周遭环境融为一体。

The combination of high and low scattered ball array plants and the finishing touch of installation sculptures makes the entire park entrance more relaxed and interesting; The current substation box, through wrapping on the facade, naturally becomes a visual wall at the entrance of the park, integrating with the surrounding environment.

红线内住宅部分阵列式的建筑布局，让整个空间略显沉闷，我们景观要做的就是尽可能的去软化和调和空间。方案过程中，经过多轮推敲和造价平衡，我们最终选择用相对克制温润的手法，以植物和地形为主，轻介入的方式去塑造柔化空间。

The array style architectural layout of the residential area within the red line makes the entire space slightly dull. What we need to do in the landscape is to soften and harmonize the space as much as possible. During the planning process, after multiple rounds of deliberation and cost balancing, we ultimately chose to use a relatively restrained and gentle approach, with plants and terrain as the main focus and light intervention to shape a soft space.

Hotel style entrance

酒店式入口

主入口区域在造型松与温润柔和的灯光、涌泉的映衬下，端庄、细腻的大门彰显出了酒店般的尊崇与质感。

The main entrance area is set off by loose and gentle lighting, as well as springs. The dignified and delicate entrance reflects the reverence and texture of a hotel.

Etiquette Axis

礼仪轴线

踏水而过的礼仪轴线为回家增添了几分别样仪式感的同时，跳泉与灯光的搭配也为相对周正的轴线空间增加了几分灵动与柔和，让回家沿途的风景更加多样有趣。

The ritual axis of stepping on water adds a unique sense of ceremony to the return home, while the combination of jumping springs and lighting also adds a touch of flexibility and softness to the relatively square axis space, making the scenery along the way home more diverse and interesting.

Linshui Garden

临水花园

临水花园是整个后院的核心，通过大树、地丘与流水的交相辉映，使之与室内产生了良好的视线互动，同时过往、驻足休憩的人们也可在此听着潺潺水声，感受大树林荫带来的放松和愉悦。

The waterfront garden is the core of the entire backyard, creating a good visual interaction with the interior through the interplay of large trees, hills, and flowing water. At the same time, people passing by and resting can also listen to the sound of the rippling water and feel the relaxation and joy brought by the shade of the trees.

一条白色得飘带镶嵌在临水花园一侧，他既是漂浮的户外茶几也是临水而憩的休闲卡座

A white ribbon is embedded on one side of the waterfront garden, serving as both a floating outdoor coffee table and a leisure deck for resting on the water

围绕临水花园是我们设置的多功能客厅与户外平台，这次我们没有从设计师的角度去过多的干预他的使用场景，而是希望更多的留给未来的使用者们去二次共创。他可以是三五好友周末BBQ的场所、可以是阅读的书吧，也可以是社区傍晚的交互剧场，甚至可以使阳光明眉天的微露营场地….

The multi-functional living room and outdoor platform we have set up around the Linshui Garden. This time, we did not intervene in its usage scenarios from the perspective of the designer, but rather hoped to leave more for future users to co create. He can be a place for weekend BBQ with friends of three or five, a book bar for reading, an interactive theater in the community in the evening, and even a micro camping site that makes the sun shine brightly

干净、柔和不失层次的植物搭配温润的材料，让离家更近样板区显得更加的自然、温馨。

结语

在有限的成本下控制好空间骨架，屏蔽不必要的装饰，打造“无负担”的体验空间，模糊住宅与公共空间的边界是我们在这个项目希望传递的理念想法；

景观是需要生长的，建成意味着开始，我们期待经过时间的洗礼，花更繁、树更茂，我们所畅想的这些空间场地也能够为使用者们更好的生活提供支持；

与此同时，我们也认为每个项目从开始到落地都像一场”修行”，过程中会遇到很多“意想不到的难关”，材料工艺、成本造价亦或是其他等等，感恩这些过程，让我们能够更好更全面的思考，为下一次做更好的准备；

The idea we hope to convey in this project is to control the spatial framework, block unnecessary decorations, create a "burden free" experience space, and blur the boundary between residential and public spaces under limited costs;

Landscape needs to grow, and completion means beginning. We look forward to the baptism of time, with more flowers and lush trees. The space we envision can also provide support for users' better lives;

At the same time, we also believe that every project is like a "practice" from the beginning to the implementation, and there will be many "unexpected difficulties" encountered during the process, such as material technology, cost and cost, etc. We are grateful for these processes, which allow us to better and comprehensively think and prepare for the next time;
