The project is located on the north side of Huzhou Xihuyang Unit, with perfect traffic planning, strong regional reach, and dual-track intersection. The planned Tongsu Lake Intercity Line and Huzhou East Station can quickly reach the Yangtze River Delta region.
湖州优越的自然条件给了我们启发，高绿化率是我们营造森林式社区的重要保障之一。我们坚持把绿地率控制在30%以上，建筑密度控制在30%以下，同时将剩下的40%空间自由分配给绿地和其他公共空间。这样的规划不仅有利于满足居民的住房需求，同时也最大化了绿色覆盖率，让居民真正感受到自己居住在一片森林之中。在这样的绿色环境中，居民可以享受清新的空气、舒适的氛围，促进身心健康，创造高品质的居住体验。

Sustainable materials rooted in local culture

Huzhou’s traditional architecture shows us their experience with the interaction of buildings and canals. We represent this tradition by allowing the buildings to land on the ground with solid plinths but quickly adapting the architecture to the vegetations and natural growth of plants vertically thanks to a light substructure of wood, steel frames and wires that surrounds the towers of this new neighbourhood.
