“会呼吸”的建筑：深圳农商银行总部

深圳农商银行总部大楼是一幢高 158 米、共 33 层的高层建筑，坐落于深圳市的核心商业区，与城市公园毗邻而立。 设计方案 采用一系列亲自然的元素和可持续设计，对当地的热带气候条件作出回应。

SOM was commissioned by Shenzhen Rural Commercial Bank in 2012 to design a new headquarter that balances the bank’s vision for the future alongside its history as a rural credit union. 

2012年，深圳农村商业银行委托SOM设计一座新总部大楼，并希望建筑既能体现银行曾经作为农村信用社的历史，又能展现银行的未来愿景。

The tower’s facade is defined by an external diagrid, which serves as both the building’s structure as well as an important solar shading element. Solar gain is thereby reduced by approximately 34 percent, and the design dramatically reduces glare in the office spaces within, mitigating the region’s hot tropical sun. 

塔楼的外立面采用外部斜撑结构——它既是建筑的结构形式，也为塔楼提供了重要的遮阳功能。这一设计减少了大约 34%的太阳得热，减弱了内部办公空间的炫光， 充分缓解了热带地区的炎热阳光照射。

At its base, the diagrid widens to create framed openings and views to the surrounding park and Qianhai Bay, a short walk from the building.

塔楼在底部对 斜撑结构 进行了加宽，创造了框架式的开口，能让人欣赏周边公园的景色和咫尺之外深圳湾的壮美海景。

The design inspiration is drawn from natural systems and elements like water and wind. These influences are evident in features such as the multistory water wall at the building’s main lobby, the undulating striations of marble cladding the tower’s elevator core, and the integration of a mixed-mode natural ventilation system that allows for seasonal air flushing of the key common areas and office levels. 

大楼的设计灵感源于自然系统和元素，例如水和风。这些富含自然特色的设计巧思随处可见，例如大堂的超高水幕墙、电梯等待区大理石饰面的波浪状条纹，以及建筑中纳入的混合模式自然通风系统，可以对主要公共区域和办公层提供季节性空气更新。

Automated louvers in the vertical atria traversing the full height of the tower and mechanized window vents on each office floor comprise a flexible system that allows the building to “breathe” during the frequent periods of pleasant weather experienced in Shenzhen.

自动百叶窗 贯穿塔楼竖向中庭，每个办公楼层配置电动通风口，共同构成一个灵活的通风系统，让建筑可以在深圳宜人的气候中进行“呼吸”。

The tightly-spaced diagrid also helps create an entirely column free floor plan and enable maximum flexibility of office layouts. The resulting interior space is defined only by a simple perimeter glass wall with an automated solar control blind to maintain optimal daylight levels.

紧密间隔的斜撑结构创建一个完全无柱的楼层平面，以提供最灵活的办公布局。内部空间仅由简单的外围玻璃墙和自动遮阳百叶窗界定，以保持最佳的日光水平。

A communicating stairway runs the height of the tower, fostering connectivity and collaboration among coworkers.

步行楼梯贯穿整座塔楼，有效地促进了员工之间的联系与协作。

A glass and bronze-toned private banking pavilion adjacent to the tower’s main lobby incorporates a high performance double-skin wall to provide environmental comfort and visual privacy to the consultation suites and areas for the display of artwork within. 

项目设有一个私人银行庭阁，采用玻璃材质和青铜色调，邻近塔楼主体，采用了高性能双层幕墙，为咨询室和艺术品展区提供了舒适的环境氛围和视觉私密性。

Reflecting pools, grey granite paving and seating areas, and arrays of trees and ground cover define the main entrance spaces and small gardens at the base of the tower, relating to the adjacent large public park that is the centerpiece of the district master plan.

倒影池、灰色花岗岩铺砌和休息区以及树木和地被植物共同界定了主入口空间，且在塔楼底部设有小型花园，与毗邻的区域总体规划核心要素大型公园相辅相成。
