苏南民营企业发展的建筑样本：

Architectural Samples for the Development of Private Enterprises in Southern Jiangsu

苏南民营企业面临的竞争是异常激烈的，在时间的长河中，不断有老的企业倒下，新的企业出现。正是在这种不停的新老更替的过程中，苏南民营企业实现了大规模的升级转型和迭代。而处于不同发展阶段的企业，对于自身建筑的要求也是不尽相同的。

Private enterprises in Southern Jiangsu face exceptionally fierce competition. In the course of time, old enterprises continue to collapse while new ones emerge. It is precisely in this constant process of renewal and replacement that private enterprises have achieved large-scale upgrading, transformation, and iteration. Different enterprises at different stages of development have varying requirements for their own buildings.

航亚科技是一家专注于航空发动机关键零部件及医疗骨科植入锻件的研发、生产及销售的高新技术企业，主要产品包括航空发动机压气机叶片、转动件及结构件、医疗骨科植入锻件等高性能零部件。已成为中国航发集团、赛峰集团、英国RR、GE航空等国内外主流发动机公司的供应商。航亚科技成立于2013年，2020年实现上市。在成立伊始，便委托米丈建筑进行首个厂房连同办公楼的设计工作。

HYATECH is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, production, and sales of key components for aviation engine and medical orthopedic implant forgings. Its main products include high-performance components such as aviation engine compressor blades, rotating parts and structural components, and medical orthopedic implant forgings. It has become a supplier to major domestic and foreign engine companies such as Aero Engine Corporation of China, SAFRAN, Rolls-Royce, and GE Aerospace. HYATECH was established in 2013 and went public in 2020. From the beginning, they entrusted MINAX Architecture with the design of their first factory building and office building.

对于处于激烈竞争状态下的初创企业而言，首要的任务是生存。如何在有限的资金和资源前提下，实现企业良好的开端，并且达成最大的实用价值，是最优先项的问题，与此同时，在建筑和空间设计上也要求充分反映企业特色和精神，传达对于未来的信心。企业初始拿到的地块并不大，只够容纳一个基本的标准生产车间和大约3000平方米的办公用房。传统高效的做法是将车间和办公用房合为一体，在车间中划分一部分面积作为办公使用，但是对于航亚科技这类主要面向国外客户，对于产品中品牌价值特别重视的科技企业，一个良好的企业形象，不仅可以反映企业独特愿景，而且在与客户的交往过程中也能够传递出一种有别于普通加工企业的品牌形象。

For start-up enterprises facing intense competition, the primary task is survival. How to achieve a good start and maximum practical value within limited funds and resources becomes the top priority. At the same time, the architectural and spatial design should also fully reflect the characteristics and spirit of the enterprise, conveying confidence in the future. The land initially obtained by the enterprise was not large enough, only sufficient for a basic standard production workshop and approximately 3000 square meters of office space. The traditional and efficient approach is to integrate the workshop and office space, allocating a portion of the workshop area for office use. However, for technology enterprises like HYATECH, which mainly targets foreign clients and attaches great importance to brand value in their products, a good corporate image can not only reflect the unique vision of the enterprise but also convey a brand image different from ordinary processing enterprises in the process of communication with customers.

尽管办公和公共区域的面积不大，我们仍然建议将此部分建筑体与标准车间独立开来，形成以功能为划分的体块，通过体块的转折组合以及庭院空间的介入，在有限的空间内形成相对丰富和多层次的体验。这种在有限范畴内实现价值提升的方式，反映的是一种严格限制条件之下精致用心的态度，与航亚科技所生产产品的内在精神是一致的。

Although the office and public areas are not large, we still recommend separating this part of the building from the standard workshop, forming functional blocks. Through the methods of combination blocks' turning and the courtyard spaces, a relatively rich and multi-level experience is created within the limited space. This way of enhancing value within a limited scope reflects a meticulous and dedicated attitude under strict constraints, consistent with the inherent spirit of HYATECH products.

标准车间以铝合金波纹板为外立面，强调建筑的工业本色。前区建筑分为两个部分，一部分为办公、研发和商务。另外一部分包含了餐厅和员工关怀内容。借用了航亚科技航空类产品的造型和生成特点，我们将建筑与风洞实验中的气体流线相结合，以流畅曲线造型自然描绘出两栋建筑的独特外观，流线建筑体之间围合出内凹的厂前区广场，广场轴线布置旗杆且正对车间山墙，两侧分列的建筑体通过玻璃的连廊连接在一起。

The standard workshop features an aluminum alloy corrugated panel fa?ade, emphasizing the industrial character of the building. The front area of the building is divided into two parts: one for offices, research, and business, and the other containing a restaurant and employee care facilities. Drawing inspiration from the shape and generation characteristics of HYATECH aerospace products, we combined the building with the shape of airflow in wind tunnel experiments, naturally depicting the unique appearance of the two buildings with flowing curved forms. The concave front plaza is enclosed by the two streamlined buildings, with a flagpole axis arranged facing the workshop's gable.

我们说服了甲方，在珍贵的车间空间中，内凹一部分形成小小的庭院，其间中布以水景和树池，因此玻璃连廊得以穿越庭院上空，让人们在车间和办公楼之间穿行的时候，能够在不同标高上，享受到这个在小小的方寸之间植入的珍贵的自然天地，明月半墙，桂影斑驳，风移影动，珊珊可爱。

The two buildings on either side are connected by glass corridors. We convinced the client to create a small courtyard within the precious workshop space. Water and trees are arranged in the courtyard, allowing the glass corridor to pass overhead. This enables people to enjoy the precious natural environment embedded in the small space between the workshop and the office building at different elevations, with the moonlight on the half wall, the dappled shadows of the cassia trees, and the ever-changing breeze, creating a lovely atmosphere.

流线型的建筑体采用玻璃幕墙外立面，其上均布着铝合金水平遮阳构件，金属构件的水平运动强化了建筑的流线感，在视觉上使公共建筑和生产车间保持了一致的面貌，尽管二者在立面和空间上仅仅是一些细小的造型变化，但是整个建筑的层次由于变化的介入而丰富起来，线与面的交叠，塑造了建筑独特的形象。当树木逐渐繁盛，填充了那些我们留置出来的空间。透过阳光闪烁和婆娑树影，建筑在咫尺之间映射出自然的丰富。

The streamlined buildings consist of glass curtain walls with evenly-distributed aluminum alloy horizontal sunshade components. The horizontal movement of the metal components enhances the sense of streamline, visually maintaining a consistent appearance for the public building and the production workshop. Although there are only minor design variations in the facade and space, the introduction of changing elements enriches the building in different scales, with the overlapping of lines and surfaces shaping a unique architectural image. As trees gradually flourish, filling the spaces we reserved, the building reflects the richness of nature through flickering sunlight and swaying tree shadows.

米丈建筑一直相信，每个建筑都应该有独特的性格，这个和建造使用者密不可分。在创立企业的过程当中，不同阶段的诉求是不一样的，但是贯穿企业不同发展阶段的一定是企业内在的精神特质，对于这种精神特质的挖掘和塑造，是我们创作建筑的重要抓手。建筑在不同时间和尺度上会有不同的表现，但是建筑的内在特质会一直伴随着企业的发展壮大，从而成为企业最直观有形的精神样本。

MINAX Architecture has always believed that each building should have its unique character, intimately tied to its users. During the process of establishing an enterprise, the demands may vary at different stages , but what remains consistent throughout the different development stages of the enterprise is its intrinsic spirit. Exploring and shaping this spirit is an important aspect of our architectural creation. The expression of a building may vary at different times and scales, but its inherent characteristics will accompany the growth and expansion of the enterprise, becoming the most tangible and visible sample of its spirit.
