The project has a total area of approximately 230,000 square feet, up to 20 floors, and consists of 302 well-designed luxury residential units.

建筑的设计灵感来自于海洋世界，9座不同高度的建筑巧妙排列在中心景观的周围，让人想起珊瑚结构。

为了呼应建筑的概念，创建了一个受珊瑚生命启发的有机景观平台，把两种不同珊瑚作为景观概念的缪斯。

The architectural design of Cape Royale was inspired by Sea World. Nine sculptural towers of varying heights are strategically arranged around the central landscape, reminiscent of coral structures.

To echo the concept of the building, an organic landscape platform inspired by coral life was created. Two different corals were used as muses for the landscape concept.

Another native branching coral was also translated into landscape ideas, unlike its soft bubble neighbor, to inspire us not as space but as circulation.

The main living corridor is located between each building and serves as a communication channel for the residences. The surface of this area has a sand-like material reminiscent of the nearby sandy beach.

A series of wooden passage systems connect each building to the main corridor, and together they form a wonderful living network.
