上海聘：Engineer Manager

欧美独资环保工程公司职位
Responsibility:
1. Overlook the Company’s engineering work in the field of exhaust treatment systems (scrubbers, oxidizers, special applications), Waste Water treatment plants and plastic/composite process equipment applications (mainly tanks, pipes and columns)
2. Provide guidance to junior project engineers and project managers with regards to technical solutions as well as their professional development.
3. Manage the ongoing planning, budgeting, staffing, and scheduling of personnel and resources for all engineering projects
4. Maintain and further develop team competencies in current technology and design trends, continually evaluating staffing levels, and recruiting engineering talent.
5. Support sales team’s engineering requirements during presentations to customers and in technical meetings

Requirements:
1. Strong leadership and communication skills
2. Education background with BS/MS degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
3. Related working experiences of more than 10-year in an Engineering field is needed, as well as minimum five years experience in engineering management role.
4. Sound knowledge of plastic and FRP materials, ideal would be experience in composite materials
5. Working experience in a multinational company will be an asset
6. Reading, writing and speaking proficiency in English.
