斑吉璞邸快捷酒店原本老旧的单一格局与配套，难以支撑当下市场对于酒店体验与功能的需求。通过对酒店品牌的重新定位，增设不同层次房型，扩大空间格局，打通部分酒店房间由两间变为一间，满足客户差异化需要；同时结合整体空间环境的风格调性与装饰配套提升，全面升级为松格里精品酒店。
方寸实践在针对酒店升级定位之初，全面分析业主原有周边资源环境；整合闲置资源活化利用的同时，也进一步强化酒店配套支撑，带动酒店的升级发展。如结合周边员工办公单体两层小楼，搭建中空玻璃建筑，形成连接大厅，通过增设交叉楼梯与桥道的方式，将小楼上下与酒店空间整体连接，而空间改造为对外餐厅的全新酒店配套。以及结合原有场地后院内部停车广场，在保障原有功能的前提下，升级为户外休闲庭院，增加酒店休闲的功能配套需求。
New Hotel Positioning and Resource Integration and Upgrading
The original old single pattern and supporting facilities of Banji Pudi Express Hotel are difficult to support the current market demands of hotel experience and functions. Through the repositioning of the hotel branding, adding different levels of room types, expanding the spatial pattern, and opening up some hotel rooms from two to one, the differentiated needs of customers are satisfied. Together with the style and tonality of the overall space environment and the improvement of decoration facilities, the project has been comprehensively upgraded to Pine Green Hotel.
SCUN Design Studio comprehensively analyzed the original surrounding resources and environment at the beginning of the hotel upgrade positioning. While integrating idle resources for activation and utilization, it further strengthens the supporting support of the hotel and drives the upgrading and development of the hotel. For example, combined with the surrounding two-story single office building of the employees, a hollow glass building is built to form a connecting hall. By adding cross stairs and bridges, the upper and lower floors of the small building are connected with the hotel space as a whole, and the space is transformed into a new hotel support for the restaurant for public. And in combination with the internal parking plaza in the backyard of the original site, on the premise of ensuring the original functions, it will be upgraded to an outdoor leisure courtyard to increase the functional supporting needs of hotel leisure.
酒店整体贯彻“建筑、景观、室内、软装”一体化落地改造，通过“主色调+辅助色+点缀色”的色彩体系规划，结合设计元素与设计主要材料的统一融合，保障从建筑立面、到景观庭院、到室内装饰、及软装配饰的一致风格，色调素雅、空间简约。其中酒店入口、局部窗户增加树形和屋形的艺术特色造型，强化酒店记忆点和景观艺术性。
Integrated Transformation of Urban Traditional Express Hotels
The project completely implements the integrated transformation of "architecture, landscape, interior and decoration", through the color system planning of "main color + auxiliary color + decorative color", combined with the unified integration of design elements and main design materials, it ensures the consistent style from the building facade to the landscape courtyard, to the interior decoration, as well as to the decoration accessories, with elegant colors and simple space. The artistic features of tree and house shapes are added to the hotel entrance and some of the windows to strengthen the memory point of the hotel and its landscape artistry.
针对城市传统快捷酒店的升级改造，设计应优先考虑低成本和快速施工的诉求。通过减少原有主体结构的变动，关注空间资源的整合，有效盘活利用原有设施及闲置资源；同时加强配套支撑系统的优化升级，强调建筑立面的装置形态与项目整体色彩更新的设计应用；在保障酒店定位形象全面更新改变的同时，达到相对于常规升级改造降低30%成本费用的效果。也为未来城市快捷酒店升级改造提供了一个示范性的解决方案参考。
The Upgrade and Practice of Low-cost Strategy for Urban Express Hotel
For the upgrading and reconstruction of the city's traditional express hotels, the design should give priority to the demands of low-cost and rapid construction. By reducing the changes of the original main structure and paying attention to the integration of space resources, the original facilities and idle resources are effectively used. The optimization and upgrading of supporting system shall be strengthened at the same time, while the design and application of the installation form of the building facade and the overall color update of the project shall be emphasized. While ensuring the comprehensive renewal and change of the image of the hotel's positioning, it can reduce the cost by 30% compared with the conventional upgrading. It also provides an exemplary solution reference for the future upgrading of urban express hotels.
